Class Registration
In order to teach a class please fill out the form below and submit. This must be done at least a week before your class. Please fill out a new registration form for each class you teach.
Please Note: Only fill out the Class Registration form if you have become a certified instructor or a certified instructor is teaching it for you. If you are unsure of your certification please contact Beth Lopez. If you need course materials please check yes in the box at the bottom, and they will be sent to you via Google Drive.
